Christian Story: The Unprofitable Manager

There was a Boss who has many estate, cattle’s and chains of Business.
The Boss as he is called has many workers under him. Among his workers are some who are Managers in his business. The boss decided to travel abroad for a long vacation to rest for some time. why he was planning his movement for vacation he called his managers who where three in numbers, and he told them that he was going on a vacation and he want them to take over his business till he arrives. He ask his managers to go home and write down all they will be needing to run his business for a long time, they all went and drafted it and came back to send their report to the Boss.

The Boss checked the report and made sure he gave the three managers all their demands. The managers are Mr Paul who was in charge of the managers estate, he takes the rent from the tenant and make sure the estate is kept clean. the second is Mr Clo, he was in charge of the Boss farmlands, he make sure the workers in the farmland are active in their duties, and he also make sure those selling the product of the farm products are making profit. The third manager is mr Kay, he is in charge of the cattle form belonging to the Boss, he makes sure the cattle are in good health, and make sure profit is coming from the meat selling.
The Boss left and promised to return very soon, the managers where doing their work as planned and everything is going on well smoothly. After waiting for 3 years the Boss refused to return from where he traveled to.
And the manager mr Kay in charge of the cattle said he felt the Boss is no longer returning, or maybe the Boss is dead.
Other managers rebuked him for talking such a way, but he went and took all the money he has made so far for 3 years and started spending the money on himself. He no longer consider doing the master business, be started doing his own business by converting the Boss business to his own.
Mr kay continued like that for a year and the Boss has not yet come, Mr kay started laughing the other managers saying the master is no longer coming back, the other managers shun him and continued in the Boss business.
Mr kay became very rich and he decided to change the name of the cattle farm to his own name.

One day why mr kay was on his way out of the Boss estate he saw his boss return, he was shocked and ran back to his room.
His boss came and called all his managers to report their presence to his house with a report of his business he left in their hand.
Mr Paul came and said for the 4 years of managing the Boss estate he made 3 times the money they make in one year, the boss was happy and the Boss gave him a great reward. Mr Clo came and said the product in the boss farm doubled in production, that he made 2 times the money they make for one year, the Boss was happy to hear that and the boss gave me Clo great reward.

Mr kay came to the boss and said, I could not make any profit because the animals you left died, and I didn’t have sufficient money to buy more cattle, so I didn’t make any profit.
And the boss said you unprofitable Manager in my business, why I left I had someone monitoring your work and was giving me information. I am aware you took my money and converted it to your own, you changed the name of my cattle farm to your own. You wished me evil never to come, you will receive your reward too, he ordered me kay to be arrested, and he promoted the other managers.That is how those promoted enjoyed for a long time than me kay.

Lesson: Keep doing the masters (Jesus) business, He will return in a day unknown
